These terms cover how this website may be used and how quotes, installations and monitoring are handled. Work itself is governed by the written quote and any monitoring agreement you sign, which take precedence over anything on this page.
Use of this website
The content here is provided for general information about the services we offer in Centennial and the surrounding cities. It is not a security assessment of your property, and nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for an on-site walkthrough.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are not published on this site because they depend on the property. Any figure we give you is issued in writing after a walkthrough, and that written quote is the binding one.
A written quote covers the equipment and labour it lists, and nothing is added without your approval.
Work beyond the quoted scope, such as electrical changes a property turns out to need, is quoted separately before it begins.
Monitoring service
Monitoring is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Equipment you have paid for remains yours whether or not monitoring continues. Monitoring depends on working power, a viable cellular signal at the panel and the escalation contacts you provide staying current.
Limits of any security system
No alarm, camera or lock prevents every incident. Security equipment reduces risk and provides detection, notification and evidence, and we will always describe honestly what a given system can and cannot do rather than implying more.
Scheduling and access
Appointments require an adult present at the property and reasonable access to the areas being worked on, including panels, attics and crawl spaces where relevant. If a visit cannot proceed for reasons outside our control, we will reschedule at the earliest slot on that route.

The text and layout of this website belong to Centennial Home Security and should not be republished elsewhere without permission.
